It seems that there is a never-ending supply of stories of children dying in hospitals. We get one excuse after another and the MEC says that no-one is to blame. I cannot possibly see how no-one is to blame for the spread of infection in hospitals and we have doctors telling the media that they don’t even get supplied with paper towels and soap to wash their hands.
