President Zuma and Nkandla

The Nkandla-story is not going away and obviously people are leaking papers left, right and centre at the moment, with the Mail & Guardian revealing that President Jacob Zuma does indeed have a bond over the property. The bond, for a total development of approximately R235 million is R900 000,00, so clearly that is not the real source of finance. The Mail & Guardian newspaper revealed that in addition to that he was provided with exhaustive details about the progress of the security project at his Nkandla complex. Cabinet Ministers were involved with overseeing the work and hurrying up certain parts of the work. The documents that the Mail & Guardian say they have in their possession also show that the three residences that President Zuma told Parliament were entirely paid for by his family received “large contributions” from the Department of Public Works. They say that his share of the entire project will be R10,6 million.

It is so sad for people like Mr Mandela who fought for freedom to see such abuse of everything in this country they must be ashamed of themselves, they only care for themselves and their pockets

This is so sad to think they sleep and eat like kings and there are millions of people who doesn't have anything to eat or stay in. This is really bad but still they vote for him.

I am absolutely fedup with this goverment. Not only do they steal from us without losing any sleep I also believe we are a laughing stock to the rest of the world. I must honestly say that I am ashamed of our "leader" not because of his colour but because of his conduct.

And we still vote for him. People are so ignorant and idiotic, most are so scared to vote the other way because they are scared that it will go back to the wy it was, that will NEVER happen. Times have changed so dramatically that you would be stupid to think that. If this money was spent on things that actually matter, that would be a great thing to see, but all this corruption and nonsense will never allow that, it is so sad to see this beuatiful country getting destroyed slowly but surely

The way our president spends money on the Mansions and all his wives he can feed thousands of hungry people. Now I know why the taxes keep increasing.

I agree with Safia, it is beyond ridiculous every 4 years we have to choose another president that will spend more and more tax and then find other ways to make more money off the people like the E-toll's because the money we pay for them to actually fix things and help people is being spent on the greedy president and their thousands of wives.

This is crazy. Some people don’t even have anything to cover themselves with at night and he stays in a Mansion.

Absolute abuse. They constantly lie about what can so easily be discovered and when the trueth comes out still nothing is done and we Call this man our "leader". So sad.

We cant afford a new president every 4 years to fund all the houses and all the wives. The new president will come and he will want younger wives in bigger numbers and more houses! They have to encrease taxes on us !

Is he looking for another wife?
