ClientZone

I am particularly proud of the way we communicate with our clients at our firm, and we have many features and systems that allow us to communicate in a way that I believe are unmatched in South Africa in our field of work. For example, if a medico legal report comes in today, it is loaded onto our network and our system, and the client automatically within a minute or so gets an e-mail giving them access to the entire report!  

We are now taking those features and building them into a further step which is going to be an Internet interface and page for each client, which we are calling Client Zone at the moment, which will include access to all of their past medical reports in case they wish to go through them again, future medical appointments and information relating to the current status of their case.  The reality is that clients of our firm can never say they are not updated enough – because firstly they get an update every two weeks as to the status of their case as well as information relating to pre-trials between attorneys and when they are being held, not to mention reminders via SMS and e-mail as to medical appointments, but they also get information from us relating to various other aspects of their case on a regular basis – for example, the current status of the serious injury aspect of their case, if indeed there is such an aspect.  I am particularly proud of the service we provide to our clients, and it is something we aim to continue to work on, to improve, to take to new levels and generally ensure that we provide clients with a service which is unmatched in South Africa.

This is a fantastic idea which I am sure the majority of our clients will appreciate and find incredibly useful. I think open, honest communication and constant management of expectation are important aspects of a successful law practice.

The only clients who will not love and appreciate this fully, will be some of our more under privileged clients who do not have access to computers.

This will definitely make it easier for the client to look into their own matter and see the status and what is going on, instead of having to call in to find out what is going on all the time..

This will definitely make a huge difference because your clients can prepare in time for their medical legal appointments. The email and sms notification s worked well also, keep up with improving your services.

What an excellent idea. I really think that our client's will like this. I have worked at 2 other law firms before and they definitely do not come close to De Broglio with regards to client service and to to the systems we use. De Broglio is the best and far more advanced than any other law firm i know.

Absolutely correct, that non of any other companies in the legal field has this kind of client's service and this is brilliant! For client to log in into the own profile and see all the history of the matter - resolved so many queries and time! Well Done

Wonderful, each client can have their own login number ext. So getting info on their matter is as simple as looking at their phone (using the internet) they can access this then anywhere.

This is a fantastic idea, it is almost like an intranet for each client to have access to their claim and claim history in a click of a mouse! This will just push us further away out of the reach of any competitors in terms of communication / updates to clients.
