Your currency

I always tell my staff that their currency should be compliments from clients.  At the end of the day, and I have written about this before, if you strive for customer excellence, money will follow eventually, however long it takes.  You cannot advertise, give poor service and expect to do well and there is no advertising than is better than word of mouth.  

That is why, one’s favourite currency, and of course it is nice to get one’s salary at the end of the month as well because it comes in handy for paying the bills, is the thank you’s and the compliments that you get.  I was particularly happy with a recent survey we did of clients, which across 358 clients returned a result that 99.2% of our clients are impressed with the service of de Broglio Attorneys.

Great results and as a business man these type of figures are important for your business. It certainly is a great contributor to you leading the market in your field. One of my previous employers, a large corporate company, had an internal course which they outsourced but everyone had to attend the 5 day course called "Business as Unusual". It was customer related and extremely insightful. The long and short of it was basically providing a service that doesn't just make you part of a franchise of a flooded industry providing the same as everyone else but developing a mindset and service that makes you stand out in your field.

It is important to have a good reputation, especially if it shows the companys ethics. Providing an efficient service-customer base gives a good image of the company and clients will even refer their friends, providing a better working service.

Positive feedback is always good to see. If the saying what you give out, you get back is true, then De Broglio is doing it right. One will always have the odd unhappy client no matter how hard you try but as long as the good far out ways the bad then one is on the right path, which clearly De Broglio is on. It is so important to keep clients happy because at the same time - you stay happy. Hearing a happy client with a compliment or even getting a compliment from your boss or any gratitude from anyone who walks across your path really does change your entire day and makes getting up early for work etc all worth it. It gives those bad days a kick in the butt! I have always said this but I am truly proud of the company I work for and the results and changes we make in people's lives. It is amazing to work for a company that strives to give clients the absolute best customer service we possibly can. It is equally awesome to have a boss who always listens to both sides of the stick - i.e. that one difficult clients "complaint" or frustrations are always followed up on and its great when you have a boss who "has your back". #ProudTeamMember

From 358 people commenting on service only 3 are not happy. It is great result, well done to De Broglio team and system! I am very proud to be part of De Broglio team. We are not selling any products to public, our clients are very different and difficult market. To make this market happy it is not so easy.

Client service is of the utmost importance, especially "after sales" client services. People tend to think that client services end once the customer has bought your goods, or a matter has been settled. But sometimes, the customer just needs that little extra service from you which will leave a lasting impression....

There will always be something to improve on or a new and easier way to improve the client satisfaction rating, and it is very difficult to get a 100% in an overall service, but it is possible with constantly trying to change and improve. The 99.2 % status is absolutely great.

I have to agree that when you feel appreciated, and your work is complimented, you feel more motivated to do better. A bad review is extremely demotivating, but when you are praised and lifted up and encouraged, it just changes a persons mind set and makes them just want to achieve more.

Word of mouth is an excellent advertising tool and that is what makes a strong business stand firm.
