Get Out opens at all Ster Kinekor cinemas this Friday and it is a superb movie. It is currently rated 99% on Rotten Tomatoes and it is a movie that I believe is well worth watching. I am not a big fan of the horror genre, but this one is really a completely different movie.
There is an almost science fiction type of horror to it, but it is a critical commentary on racial relations with a young African American man who has a white girlfriend and he is not really excited about the way white people, in general, treat such couples. I will not go into any more of the twists in the tail, because that will spoil the story, but I do recommend that this is one of those movies that you have not heard much about, but that you do need to see. It is funny, it will get you thinking and it is well acted. As one of the reviews on Rotten Tomatoes says, “Proof that you don’t need stars or special effects to lure an audience… just a fresh idea and a twisted imagination.”

I'm very excited to see this movie and to hear the feedback from all those who will be there. I find that most horror movies all follow the same plot and it can become a bit boring, so I'm looking forward to a fresh take on a horror movie. Let's see what is has in store for us.

I must be honest, this is not the type of movie I would willingly want to go and see as I am not a fan of horror movies. But when people start making a big hype about certain movies, I then find that I have to watch it just to see what it is all about. I am really looking forward to watching this movie with my colleagues on Friday.

From the trailer, it seems to be a satirical horror movie, and, it seems to denote the supremacy assumed by liberal white America. Absolutely thrilled to see this film on Friday!

Horrors are not at the very top of my list when it comes to movie genres, however, judging from the media hype and reviews of this movie, it seems to be one that stands out from the rest and I'm definitely looking forward to watching it this weekend.

I have been waiting for this movie! the trailer already is so amazing, this movie is the highest rated horror, which is awesome because like you said they don't have an all star cast and i think that's epic!

I too am not big on the horror genre. Truth be told, i had not even heard of the movie until you mentioned it to us. With all the racism going on in the country at the moment, be it in the news, on the radio, etc, I don't think I would like to still go and be entertained by it at the moment. I opted out of the movie for the above two reasons. I need a break from all the racial remarks....

I love movies with a twist, where the suspense is so great it will make you hang on the edge of your seat! I will definitely give my opinion on the movie after I have watched it.

I must say myself the trailer of the movies looks damn interesting and good but dont think I will be watching this. The last horror movie I have watch was Insidious, I must say that although I have enjoyed it alot the nightmares that came afterward put me completely off horrors. I have a wild imagination and a husband who like to scare the .. out off me while watching horror film and I have decided that is it no more and he is not allowed to watch horrors in our home either. I will just wait to hear what everyone else's reviews are about the film.

I am so excited to see this movie!!!!!! Not only do I love horrors above all genres, but I've beeeeeeen wanting to watch this specific movie. I saw the trailer about a month ago and have been dying to see it since. About two weeks ago, I even saw the memes about the "Get Out Challenge" which were quite funny.
