The President's Keepers – Jacques Pauw

I am not sure how long this book will remain on the shelves.  It is a book I think that everybody needs to buy and to read.  The publishers have already received a letter from the State Security Agency – the SSA – ordering them to pull it off the shelves because they say it is contravening the Intelligent Services Act.

SARS has said they will be suing the author, because it obviously violates the Tax Act and reveals the private details of the tax affairs of various people, not only President Jacob Zuma, but also Cape gangsters who have not paid taxes they have been assessed for.  I think it is a book that, if you don’t buy it fairly soon, you may not get an opportunity to buy – of course in this day and age taking something off the shelves does not mean you will not be able to buy it via Amazon and read it on your Kindle, but it is always nice to have a book in a hard cover version.

I think there must be more books like this for the world to see who we are dealing with, no wonder they want the books of from the shelves.

This looks like a really interesting book to read. It's time for everyone to face the truth of what's going on around them.

I have not had the opportunity to read this book as of yet but it is something I would like to. We should support the book and give it the credit it deserves!

The E-Book has been making its way around Social Media. On one particular day, I received the E-Book several times from various sources. I later noticed a comment by the Author, he wrote:

“I have been inundated with requests from people who want to pay me for the free PDF copies of The President’s Keepers that they downloaded from the internet.”

He says he will not accept any money and instead asks:

if you have a PDF copy and can afford to buy a book, please do it. Erase the PDF and buy a book or the kindle version.
If you can’t find a book now, read the PDF but you should still order a book.
If you cannot afford a book, go for it and read it. You have my blessing.
Pauw says: “This is not about money. It is about your support that is going to enable us to legally lock horns with SARS, the State Security Agency and whoever else drags us to court. We face the potential of a multitude of legal challenges, both criminal and civil.”

Jacques Pauw is a brave man and obviously serious about the fight against corruption. I have started reading the book but am in the very beginning stages but so far it has been everything it is hyped up to be.

I cant wait to read this book-my husband has started reading it and from what he tells me it definitely is a must-have. I've listened to some of the interviews that Jacques Pauw has given and it sounds like this is one book that lots of people and organisations don't want the public to read.

This was a bold move by the author and his team, and as South Africans we are tired of all the corruption going on in country. I think it would be great to support the book and give it the necessary publicity it deserves! We should all have some sort of an idea of what goes on in our country.

This book will be on my Christmas list and I believe is a must read for any South African, of course an attempt will be made to get rid of same because it challenges and exposes our president. I am glad though that it was released just in time for the elections next year, people must just not forget what they have read.

Of course they will remove it from the shelves because it’s about the truth. I take my hat off for Jacques Pauw for writing this book. I think it’s going to be an interesting book to read.

This book has created quite a storm. Zuma belittles it. Exclusive Books are placing orders for more and more copies. The book launch was plagued with an "unplanned power outage". Cease and desist letters are going to the author and publisher. Legal action is being threatened all round. Is this a book we all need to read? Absolutely- When last did you see so many people in power panic about the contents of a book to this extent.

I just took a look on takealot and all they will provide is an ebook,,,don't do that, prefer the feel of a book in my hands to be quite honest. I am not really into ready such things, however I feel I may make an exception with this one.....will find it very fascinating to read about exactly how messed up everything is and considering the hype, makes it even more worth the while

I NEED to read this book, everyone is talking about it
I actually heard on the radio that State Security Agency (SSA) personally laid charges against Mr Pouw ,Allegedly Mr Pouw said in a statement that he is not bothered about the charges and he and his lawyer are willing to take the matter to court
This just proves what he stats in his book is true, Not that I doubted that it might not be

I have heard so much about this book from 702 every single day they speak about it. I was hoping to scoop a copy but only after my last exam as I would be tempted to read it before then. It is available on loot.co.za for only R219 so there is no excuse not to get your hands on this book.

I've read a book Jacques Pouw wrote about Freemasonry a couple of years ago. He's a great writer and steps on peoples toes. I love the fact that he writes about things that people are too scared to write about. Seems like a super interesting read for the December holiday.

This book has created quite a stir! Criminal Law Expert - Professor Grant has stated that Pauw may very well attract liability, however it is juxtaposed the Constitution argument of public interest. I cannot wait to read it and see how Zuma is linked to dodgy dealings within the tobacco trade. Moreover, President Zuma has merely laughed it off when asked to reveal his tax returns, it should definitely be disclosed!! Interestingly, the launch of this book at Hyde Park corner was sabotaged when the lights were deliberetly tampered with. It seems we are in fact a MAFIA state!
