I received the letter, on 13 April 2010, which was dated 31 March 2010 saying that I have until 30 April to object to the municipal value of my property. Interestingly enough, I tried to sell the property last year and in the current situation that we find ourselves in, it is almost impossible to sell anything. The only written offer that we received was 33% below the municipal valuation!
