We are now in the sixth season of Idols in South Africa, and once again we are down to the final few contestants. I think Idols is one of those shows that have a huge audience, but a lot of people will claim that they don’t watch it, and no doubt it is extremely popular with young people in particular. At the moment, in terms of betting, the favourite is Lloyd who is 22\10, followed by Sindi at 28\10 and Elvis Blue at 28\10.

I'm quite surprised you are showing interest in this kind of show. I wouldn't waste my time watching it. American idols were funny when Simon was there - and mostly at the initial selection episodes. SA judges are really pathethic.

Idols is one program I do not miss. I do not understand how Sindi is still in - looking at the previous comments and I honestly cannot stand her. I favour Elvis Blue and Lloyd, they look the part, have the personality and definately the voice - they have the x-factor. Lets just hope that votes will take Elvis and Lloyd to the top.

I am a regular viewer of Idols, I really do think that Lloyd is a fantastic candidate to win this season of Idols. He has the personality, and the style and really a great voice. As far as Sindi goes, i just cannot get myself to like her, I get irritated when she enters onto the stage. Elvis Blue on the other hand is awesome, I would not be dissappointed if he is in the top two at least, but i think the votes will continue to run in Lloyd's favour.

Lloyd and Boki are my favourites. Sindi doesn't impress me much-she should have been off long ago!
