As much as we want to believe that South Africa is the favourite to beat Australia, and even I believe that they will, the bookmakers have taken a more statistical approach. We have after all lost our two most recent games to them, including at home, and the bookmakers have priced up Australia as the favourite at 9/10 with South Africa at 1/1.
That means they believe it is going to be a close game, but ultimately they do believe that Australia is going to prevail and win the game. Let’s hope these companies, which have to pay out when they are wrong and would undoubtedly prefer South Africa to win, given that Australia, the favourite, will cost them more, are wrong!

I will be glad to say that it was said (by an australian) that the ref who reffed this match should never ref another game, not even down to school level rugby. I must say I agree.

I have faith in SA. I hope they win, but even if they dont it will definitely be a close and tough match but in the end I believe that SA will play to their full potential. GO BOKKE!!!!!

I really do think we have a great team and that we can beat Oz. It's going to be very tough though. Guess i'll have to break the no-alcohol-before-10-rule :) Hope i'm allowed to say that..

I believe that the Springboks have saved their main game for this time. It is going to be a real edge of your seat game, that is a given, but the Springboks will make South Africa proud... I believe in them.

My heart wants South Africa to win, my head talks a different game. Please God follow my heart. We need to get into the game immediately and not allow room for any error. If we can prevent giving away silly penalties, and as long as our boys play a team game and not an individual game, I think we can do this. This game will be more than intense and exciting, it will have 40 million faces glued to their screens with one thing in common - UP THE BOKS!!!
