I recently filmed my new TV advert which will shortly start appearing on television. We have a shorter version of it, but my preferred version is loaded up with this blog article so that you can see it and comment on it. What I certainly find so encouraging is that although the advertising certainly does produce some results, the vast majority of our business still comes from word of mouth, and past clients referring new clients to us. It reminds one that the longer one is in the business and conditional to you producing top results and being absolutely honest and fair with your clients in your fee charging process, that you will be rewarded with a continuous flow of referrals.

Compliments on a believable message in your advert. It comes across as genuine.
Please settle a dispute my husband and I have....what mountain range is in the background.
Best wishes for a successful roi.

Yes the word of mouth is powerful and I also think your ad is short and straight forward.

Very professional.
I do believe that advertising works but it goed hand in hand with word of mouth. The other day my daughter (who lives in Meyerton) phoned me straight after hearing a radio advert on 94.7 saying she just heard it on the radio and it started a conversation in their office.

I agree with the approachable part. You also look comfortable and at ease, you are straight to the point, and you are very clear in the ad.
I like this ad - short, straight forward, clear and I believe not only does word of mouth bring lot of claims but this ad makes me believe De Broglio Inc. is the firm in Gauteng to approach for RAF claims.

Advertizing is always good for a business. Word of mouth is also a main factor for business therefore good customer service guarantees more client.
I agree with Daniela, you come across as very approachable and that obviously puts the viewer at ease.
Word of mouth is also a very powerful way of advertising if you provide great customer service and obtain top results.

Nothing spreads faster than a bad review.
I think you've taken the correct approach in your ad. You come across as approachable and almost un-attorney like. It makes people comfortable. As opposed to sitting behind your desk with a raised brow blasting out the facts.
People are hesitant when it comes to pursuing legal matters as there are fees involved, and the law in general makes someone unfamiliar with it anxious immediately - so the fact that you are amicable in the ad immediately puts the audience at ease.

Advertising sure is a good thing, the Ad's has been on tv, radio, etc for a while now so people know about De Broglio Inc already. Im sure if the ad come's up and one of our client's has visitors over they would immediately start up a topic about our client services, etc. So I think the advertising and word of mouth sometime's goes hand in hand

Word of mouth has always proved to be the best medium of business, not only in referrals but a lot of people tend to say, 'Ive heard of them and what they do.' In essence its free advertising, on condition that brilliant service was offered, if the service was bad, its also guaranteed that people will spread the word.

Accidents and claims are a serious business, thought they would have put a seruious slant to the ad?Would have preferred you at your desk as opposed to walking around and success claims scrolling in the background?Only my 5 cents worth.
