Today is the day when Apple announces its new products. So that may be an Apple TV or the new upgrade of the iPhone 6 and no doubt we are going to hear a lot about whatever new features have been added. The dramatic changes come every two years and this is now one year since the iPhone 6 was launched, so one would not expect anything too amazing, but the company does need to keep pleasing shareholders. It has been a tough time for Apple recently, with the slump in China affecting its sales, and the share price down approximately 30% over the last couple of weeks.
It is still the biggest company listed on the American Stock Exchange, despite that 30% slump, and all eyes will be on the launch to see whether or not the upgraded versions are revolutionary and going to be popular or whether they appear to be disappointing. I wonder if there will be any comment on the Apple Watch, because that is a product I really did not believe would take off, although there certainly are a fair amount of sales of the Watch, it has not been the success that some Apple fans were expecting.

I have never been into Apple products. I will always choose Samsung products over Apple. In terms of cellphones, I will not be fooled into getting a new one, especially not an iPhone. The thought of money going to something stupid to keep up with others, is what makes me not want to upgrade, and my contract expired in June.

I have always found that an Iphone seems to be boring when it comes the Apps that it has to offer compared to Samsung. i have always preferred Samsung.

Don't like the iPhone, maybe its because I cant keep up with all the upgrades and changes that they are constantly making. I think the product is over rated!

I can't be part of the i-phone cult anymore if they just keep coming up with newer versions - when really what is all that different from a previous version? I must say that I do feel 'outdated' when others have newer i-phones however not enough to keep falling into the trap of buying a new phone every year.

iPhone makes it difficult to own one phone for a year because as soon as they introduce the new one you will love to upgrade.

I get this bee in my bonnet every now and again and I want the Iphone, I then remember the high cost of data and reality sets in and I get over it. The Iphone is beautiful and the operating system is fantastic, I just cannot bring myself to pay data costs that are through the roof.

Apple Users are the most entertaining Device User! It is as if every time a new product is released, the users device spontaneously combusts and or becomes a fossil - it is suddenly and completely outdated and old fashioned. Apple should be proud of their cult following.

I have arrived at my 24 monthly upgrade time and I really don't know whether to get an iPhone or another Samsung!? iPhone seems attractive with all their wonderful features but all I use on a phone is the camera, calls, sms, Watsapp and the alarm clock so really do I need such a fancy phone?.....
